This notice explains how TLG R(AI)nmaker MY ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website, apply for a founding seat or book a call with us. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, as amended in 2024.

Who we are

TLG R(AI)nmaker MY builds AI marketing systems for private-practice doctors and dentists in Malaysia. We are based in Kuala Lumpur. You can reach us at afiq@theleverageadvantage.com or on WhatsApp at +60123347165.

What we collect

  • Details you give us in the application form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, clinic name, profession, role, clinic website and your answers about your practice.
  • Details you give us when you book or attend a call, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data when you visit our pages, such as your device, browser and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools including the Meta Pixel.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any patient information. Please do not send us patient names, records or clinical details.

How we use it

  • To review your application and decide whether the founding cohort is a fit.
  • To contact you about your application and schedule your call.
  • To send you updates, but only if you ask to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations if you become a client.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms. These include GoHighLevel (our CRM and messaging), Vercel (website hosting), Meta (advertising measurement and WhatsApp) and our calendar and email providers. Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as Malaysian law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, stop marketing messages or have your details deleted. Email afiq@theleverageadvantage.com and we will respond within 21 days. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the PDPA requires.

Language

A Bahasa Malaysia version of this notice is available on request.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
